REG HEATH has been appointed to the new post of chief executive of Tozer Kemsley and Millbourn (Holdings).
Heath, who has been with the automotive and property group since 1958, joined the board of the group last year. He is responsbile for its automotive and international trading division and is in addition chairman of Langdon Industries, the Taunton meat transport company which is now TKM's only haulage interest.
