PEUGEOT IS THE first member of the Sevel partnership to release UK prices and GVW ratings for the latest mini-SeveI lk range of vans.
Prices for the Expert will begin at £13,670 for the HDi90 L1H1 1,000kg, rising to E16,455 for the HD1136 L2H1 and £16,220 for the HDi120 L2H2. Window vans will add another £345; an L2 platform-cab will cost 213,910 for the HDi90 or £14,960 for the HDi120. Sales will begin on 16 February.
GVWs range from 2,661kg to 2,963kg — well into Transporter/ Vito territory.
Bodies will be identified by length and height; eg L1H1, meaning short and low. Nominal payloads on the L1H1 are 1,000 and 1,200kg; the larger models are all 1,200kg.
The mini-Sevel range also includes the Fiat Scudo and the Citroen Dispatch.
III Vauxhall's revamped Corsavan will be launched in March. It will cost £8,740 for the 1.2-litre petrol and £9.125 for the 1.3CDTi.
