Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

My spies tell me that BRS Parcels have tired of their Green Man image and are in the throes of introducing a new livery, an expensive exercise as all would agree.

The great question is, what colour will replace green? Machiavellian thought is that it could be yellow.

Post Office Telephones, as is very evident, though guided by road safety as well as other factors, could not resist the appeal of something very close to NCL's yellow. Mindful of the torrent of words which over the years has been designed to cajole BRS Parcels and NCL into the same bed — preferably with the Post Office and Rail Express Parcels in tow, or under the pillow — what is to prevent the Green Men turning into Yellow Men? And preferably with a new logo to replace their obscure Pacemaker symbol.

If all the parcels carriers in State ownership were painted yellow, even Neo-Freudians would concede that some subtle employee persuasion was afoot.

Particularly as, I learn, a recent survey of NUR membership showed that 60 per cent would prefer to be members of the TGWU.
