Robert Lloyd, a partner in Abergele-based RM&JM Lloyd &Sons, has been fined £60 with £70 costs for using a trailer with an expired test certificate. He pleaded guilty to the offence before Chester magistrates.
NO ACTION Scottish DTC Richard McFarlane issued the Glasgowbased WR Combe & Co, with a warning about maintenance last week. However; he took no action against the company's licence. WR Combe & Go had been called before MacFarlane following a succession of prohibition notices.
