'THE British motor industry has effected I an important technical penetration of the French industry and gained a vital bridgehead for motor components in the European Common Market. It results from the acquisition, by Wilmot Breeden, Ltd., Birmingham, of a majority holding in the French company, Autocoussin Dura, S.A., the largest manufacturers of locks, window regulators and other components in France.
Autocoussin Dora have a factory in Paris and a second factory, at Evreux, will be in full production by the end of next year. It will provide capacity to double turnover.
