Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRANSFRIGOROUTE UK, the association representing reefer operators and manufacturers, is in crisis due to poor levels of membership, it warns. Liam 011iff, spokesman for the association, believes that due to the specialist nature of the work it is vital that survival of the only industry body is guaranteed.

He says: "Temperature control is intensive and needs closer management. We act as a central reference point, whether it's for technical information or providing a forum for companies to swap information or discuss commercial opportunities. When the stuation arises we are able to bang the drum for the industry and lobby the government or Brussels."

Transfrigoroute is calling for all its existing members to nominate a person in the industry for membership.
