Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In connection with the licences recently granted to MacShane's Motors, Ltd., to operate buses on the LiverpoolBootle route, the company has now placed an order with Albion Motors, Ltd., Glasgow, for a fleet of Albion Valkyrie long-wheelbase bus chassis.

It is interesting to note that MacShane's Motors, Ltd., was helped by the Albion concern when, during the Easter holidays, it was endeavouring to obtain buses on hire to start the service on the following Tuesday, the Liverpool Corporation buses being due for withdrawal on the night of Easter Monday. Inquiries were made all over the country, and the Albion concern whilst too pressed for deliveries to be in a position to offer any stock vehicles, managed to obtain three demonstration models and to borrow a number of other buses from good friends in different parts of the country. These were hurriedly dispatched to Liverpool and the service was maintained.
