• Ten new drivers have been taken on by Daly Transport Services to cope with an upsurge in business to Morocco.
The Hornsey-based company says suppliers are keen to use cheaper Moroccan labour—Daly transports the fabric, trimmings and hangers to Morocco and the finished goods are returned as hanging garments.
Currently it employs 60 drivers full time plus a number of parttimers who work on a regular basis and handles about 50 million garments a year.
