• Acquisition-hungry Robinsons International Removals is on the verge of buying Eynsham-based competitor Cantay Removals.
The takeover, which should be completed by the end of September, will increase Robinsons' depot network from seven to nine sites, its truck fleet from 42 to 58 and workforce from 125 to 167.
It will be the second company buyout for the family-owned business in just over a year and a half. In March 199'2 it bought Bristol-based 011is Removals which operated nine trucks
