Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I could not agree more with Joe Walker of Nottingham

(CM 5-11 March). It is about time god (Eddie Stobart) was put in his place. I have met a lot of his drivers on my travels and it seems he wants a lot doing and yet one little scratch on his lorries and you are for the high jump. One late delivery, ditto.

He is way over the top on company image while his drivers have to put in 80 hours a week to take home £270. A sad thing is his employees seem frightened of him. Last year I had seven months on supermarket deliveries and I must have met 600 of his drivers—they cannot all be wrong.
