• Birmingham-based Otis Vehicles Rentals has been taken over by Faber Prest and will become a major component of Faber's recently formed Transport Services Division.
Otis specialises in the contract and spot hire of commercial vehicles to the civil engineering and construction industry. Faber intends to make the firm its base for contract hire and rental business in the Midlands.
Plans include the widening of the vehicle range operated by Otis, but approved technical design modifications to standard vehicle will continue to be a key feature.
