Certificate 12 permits the carriage of Tertiary-butyl hydroperoxide by tanker or tank container before April 16 next year.
Certificate 13 revokes Certificate Three and permits the use of clip-on caps instead of screwcaps on petrol tankers constructed or modified for bottom loading only.
