FOUR MORE exemption certificates have been issued by the Health and Safety Executive, one of them the first to be issued under the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations of 1984.
It gives operators freedom in the colour they use to apply stencilled hazard markings on liquefied petroleum gas cylinders to make them withstand wear and tear over a 10-year period.
The other three certificates have been issued under the 1981 Dangerous Substances (Conveyance by Road in Road Tankers and Tank Containers) Regulations.
