The decision by Western TC Philip Brown to disqualify Salisbury-based Alexander Cassels for two years because of his bankruptcy has been quashed by the Transport Tribunal. The Tribunal considered the grounds for disqualification to be inadequate, saying it was not an automatic consequence of bankruptcy.
