this award-winning medium-distance chassis is a mainstay of many UK fleets. Extremely versatile and a top seller in its class, the CF85 is designed specifically for UK operation.
Drivers like the well-matched brakes, handling and torque, and there's very little reason to consider anything other than the auto shift. The sleeper-cab variant now has the option of an XF-style high roof and trim, which, along with a good standard of interior comfort, roof and a bigger bunk, makes this tractor viable for tramping work. Narrower than the larger XF105 series, but able to boldly go where that one doesn't fit. Small centre-axle FTP 6x2 is a hit with bulk operators, too.
