• The Road Haulage Association's vice-chairman Barry Hempsall has sold off his tipping fleet.
Hempsall Bulk Transport is still operating from its Newark base, but its new owner is not known.
Barry Hempsall is currently looking to buy haulage firms, with or without premises, in the North Midlands.
It is also understood he wants to concentrate more on his two MAN dealerships, in Newark and Grimsby.
Barry Hempsall declined to comment on the changes at Hempsall Bulk Transport.
