The 170kW sleeper-cabbed 4x2, which may have to travel as far as Moscow, has a specially-alarmed reefer body from Giraudon of YssIngeaux.
Built with 50mm-thick insulated side panels and 80mmthick panels in the roof and floor, the truck's removals-type interior is kept at a constant 18"C, whatever the ambient temperature, via a Nordic-spec Carrier Supra 450 fridge with an extra water heating system.
The unit is a clone of the new 'Silent' Supras, which are damped down to e(k111(A) with redesigned exhausts, fan bearings and improved insulation panelling.
