No. io. Some Forms of Inner -tube Damage
THE inner tube is damaged far less frequently than the outer cover, and it is no uncommon event (although it is bad practice)for a tube to be used in two or even three successive covers. If there be any rough treatment to be administered the tyre usually has to take the brunt of it, and the inner tube is, to some extent, protected. On the other hand, there are certain forms of misuse towhich the tube is peculiarly subject, and these leave their mark and are discovered when the tyre is ultimately stripped down. Most of these troubles are due to underinflation. L.V.B.
