CM rugby champ
ANTHONY MCDERMOTT, operations manager at the Manchester depot of TNT Express UK, has scooped the top prize in our Rugby World Cup Challenge, which was run in association with Renault Trucks UK.
The prize of Et 000 went to McDermott for totting up most points during the competition; points were awarded for accurate match predictions. McDermott topped the table with 86 points; Ralph Buckley from 3663 took silver with 82 points; Leyton Jones from Guest Trucks finished third.
In addition to the top prize we had pairs of Six Nations 2008 tickets to give away in a random draw. The winners were: Paul Rowley, Guest Trucks, West Bromwich; Chris Bould, Wing Forward, Kettering; lain Waugh, WB&AD Morgan, Presteigne; Mark Dymond, St Merryn Meat, Bodmin.
