• A seminar entitled "The Road Haulier and EEC" is to be held in Southport on Wednesday, October 27. The seminar, organized by Freight Information Services, will deal with such topics as existing transport systems within the EEC, containerization and roll-on/roll-off between UK and western Europe, the quota system, and rates.
