• The familiar words "Mann Egerton, Ford main dealers" will be seen no more. The company is rationalizing the numerous names by which its branches are known to the public and has decided to use the name Minns for all its Ford activities—truck, car and tractor.
H. E. Nunn and Co Ltd, the subsidiary company in Manchester, is already a wellknown Ford main dealer and it was decided to adopt an existing trading name for Mann Egerton's Ford interests in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, thus leaving the name Mann Egerton to be used for the 40-odd branches handling other makes.
