In March 2010 Wordsworth Holdings went into administration, and two months later Fruehauf and sister companies were bought out of administration by the Bowden Investment-backed Invictas Group. In June 2011 Fruehauf Ltd was purchased by Iain McKeand. McKeand was a director of the Invictas Group between 16 November 2010 and 1 August 2011. Invictas Group appointed liquidators on 9 August 2011. The Fruehauf Ltd board now consists of chairman and director Iain McKeand and directors David Snodin and Terry Whyman.
