In June 2011 Fruehauf Ltd was purchased by Iain McKeand. McKeand was a director of the Invictas Group between 16 November 2010 and 1 August 2011. Invictas Group appointed liquidators on 9 August 2011. The Fruehauf Ltd board now consists of chairman and director Iain McKeand and directors David Snodin and Terry Whyman.
