HAULIERS ARE yet to be convinced of the merits of the sector’s new National Skills Academy for Logistics, which launches this autumn. The academy, which bills itself as a one-stop-shop providing specialist advice, has received a warm welcome from DHL and Eddie Stobart. However, not everyone is convinced.
