• The ',TA has published a revised version of Mod,e1 Conditions for the Carriage of Goods by Road in the UK. The new conditions, which aim to protect the interest of both carrier and customer, have been produced with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. They deals with responsibilities of the carrier, loading and unloading, dangerous goods, charges, disposal of goods, liability for loss or damage and insurance claims.
