• Scottish LA Michael Betts has granted Archibald, Barbara and Robert Ken; trading as AB Kerr, of Laurencekirk, a licence for one vehicle for one year, after the partners gave an undertaking to have their vehicle inspected monthly.
No show
• The licence held by Barry. based Charles Dance was revoked when he failed to appear at a Cardiff disciplinary inquiry. South Wales LA John Mervyn Pugh disqualified Dance from holding a licence for two years and said he appeared to "have vanished off the face of the earth".
Formal warning
• Scottish LA Michael Betts took no action against the licence held by Spey Bay Auto Salvage of Fochabers but issued a formal warning over maintenance.
No licence
• A bid for a new international licence for three vehicles and two trailers by Daryn Coomber, trading as Lakeside Transport of Sandwich has been refused at an Eastbourne public inquiry.
