• John Montgomery of Menstrie was granted a transfer of four tippers from C to B licence at Kirkcaldy on Tuesday. For the firm it was said that for 70 per cent of the time J. Montgomery would continue to use the vehicles for its own business.
Support was given by local building material suppliers who indicated that there was a shortage of tippers in the area.
