the staff of the International Road Transport Union (IRU), at the IRU meeting in Budapest, last week, is to be re-debated on June 2.
The paper mainly concerned the German method of "piggyback" services.
There were no major developments on the freight side, but considerable discussion on road passenger subjects.

The 1978 Congress will be held in Oslo on May 21-25 with the theme "Road Transport faces up to its responsibilities".
