A Yorkshire truck driver has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash in North Derbyshire which caused four deaths.
A Chesterfield inquest has heard that a Volvo artic collided with a railway bridge and a social services minibus in Creswell last July.
The minibus was overturned and suffered extensive frontend damage, according to a police witness. Its driver and three of his passengers died at the scene.
Lorry driver Tony Askew of Upton, near Pontefract was hauling garden furniture for AJS Transport of AmpĀ°le, near Pontefract. He faces four charges of causing death by dangerous driving.
