• For this year's Motor Show, Volkswagen has improved the level of equipmen; in its vans, and is also unveili two unusual "leisure" vehicle: The Tristar Syncro is a derivative of the Transporter syncro crew-cab pickup, but has a luxurious interior and sporty styling. Available with 2.1-litre 84kW (112hp) fuelinjected petrol engine or the 1.6-litre 52kW (70hp) turbodiesel, the Tristar has a twotonne towing capability in petrol form.
