• Tamworth owner-driver Kenneth Eaglesfield has got a new international licence at a Birmingham pub1k inquiry, despite being convicted of offences involving a stolen vehicle.
Eaglesfield, who trades as RE International, of Bodymcor Green Farm, Coventry Road, Kingsbury, Tamworth, was granted a licence for one vehicle and trailer for three years by West Midland Deputy Licensing Authority Roger Seymour. At Warwick Crown Court in July 1992, Eaglesfield was given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, for an offence involving the theft of an [CV vehicle, fined 2200 for the fraudulent use of an excise licence, 2200 for the fraudulent use of documents, 2200 for using a vehicle without insurance, and 250 for the fraudulent use of a mark or sign.
