• Two advisory defect notices have led to Albert Wilde Coaches of Heage, Derbyshire having its PSV Operator's licence prematurely terminated so that it expires at the end of the year with a requirement that the firm has its coaches inspected every fortnight.
Eastern traffic commissioner John Mervyn-Pugh was considering what action to take against the four-vehicle licence in the light of the issue of defect notices on two vehicles.
