POLLOCK (SCOTRANS) HAS won a distribution contract with one of the UK's largest timber importers, International Timber, based in Grangemouth.
Joint managing director Fraser Pollock says he is delighted to win the business "against stiff competition" and is looking forward to a "long, productive relationship".
Pollock will provide six dedicated core vehicles carrying International Timber's livery, and sufficient resources to manage all the additional daily requirements throughout Scotland and the North of England.
Andrew Meehan. general manager of International Timber, adds: "Pollock presented a proactive approach to the tender process."
