Gavin Strang know what they thought of the Government's fuel duty hikes when he addressed the Road Haulage Association annual dinner in London last week.
The RHA has sought to downplay the incident: a spokesman stresses that the minister received a polite response until he got to the issue of fuel duties. Some members decided to put their opinions forward but it was all fairly goodnatured, he adds.
