• Albion Automotive has signed a five-year contract with Renault Vito supply 9,500 axles a year. The Salisbury-type axles, complete with brakes, are destined for Renault's Messenger and Midliner replacements.
• Vauxhall's Combo van is now available in an LPG Dualfuel version. Combo fuel options are now: diesel, petrol, petrol/CNG and petrol/LPG. The LPG version produces 56hp (42kW) and costs £2,000 more than the petrol model.
• Holland (eurohitch) has launched a cast-steel fifth wheel which is said to combine extra strength with the weight of a pressed steel fifth wheel. It is also said to reduce kingpin wear, but costs about 25% more than a standard fifth wheel.
• The price of the Citroen Berlingo 600 1.8D in the comparison table of our roadtest of the Renault Kangoo (CM 14-20 May) was incorrect. It should have read £8,300 (ex-VAT).
