(right), is having the right equipment and personnel from the start.
"It is essential we ensure the calibre of our staff is the highest we possibly can. Drivers who know the old school ways of working are becoming harder to find. The use of chains, dogs, roping and sheeting are dying arts, so in-house training is vital to keep these traditions alive.
"Luckily, Terranova prides itself on having first-class personnel who can adapt and think for themselves and, most importantly, approach every job professionally.
"With the rather lean times of late, and every sector of our industry looking forward to a brighter future, Terranova has invested in new equipment and additional facilities to meet the needs of our existing and future customers' requirements," says Lovejoy.
