Ian Wilson, Wincanton MD, container Logistics MuI.timodal 2009 is the only event in the UK for the freight and transport sectors that embraces all modes of the supply chain: road, rail, sea/water and air, as well as warehousing and IT.
The show presented hauliers with the opportunity to compare suppliers, modes and routes and to look at new ways of decreasing costs and increasing efficiencies.
There were seminars, briefings, master classes and one-to-one surgeries, designed to keep transport bosses up to date with developments.
