• British Fuels was held to have unfairly dismissed driver Philip Hopps for spilling oil at a customer's premises, tachograph misuse and returning tachograph charts late, because he had not had previous warnings. But a Leeds Industrial Tribunal concluded Hopps was 40% to blame.
