We act on behalf of Laser Transport International in connection with applications which are before the Licensing Authority for the South Eastern and Metropolitan Traffic Area.
On 7 September you reported that our clients' application to increase their authorisation had been refused at a public inquiry Our clients have asked us to make it clear that the application was in fact refused at our clients' own request, it having come to their attention that their application had not been fully advertised in the vicinity of the operating centre.
The merits of the application were not considered and the application has been resubmitted and awaits determination.
