• Although a Bradford civil engineering company had at its disposal excellent maintenance facilities and a large staff of skilled mechanics its fleet of vehicles still attracted a number of prohibition notices as a result of lack of supervision at the shop floor level and an unsatisfactory defect report/repair system.
These, were the findings at a public inquiry last week when E. O'Donnell (Bradfon Ltd was called before the Yorkshire LI Maj-Gen Sir John Potter, to show cause wit its 0 licence, originally authorizing 3 vehicles and five trailers, should not suspended, curtailed or revoked.
