Injuries to drivers and damage to vehicles are a particularly high risk where space is limited. This applies in factory roadways, loading bays, gangways, warehouses and so on. Now Impact Industrial Holdings has recently started to manufacture a new range of security /safety mirrors featuring plastic as opposed to glass lenses. The firm claims the acrylic lenses give a brighter reflective image than glass, are non-fading and virtually unbreakable.
The convex mirrors are available in various thicknesses and colours and are supplied in Sin to 36in. circular diameters. Prices range from £3.50p for Sin, to £30.25p for 36in. They include a universal and telescopic mounting bracket.
