This truck should tick most, if not all, the boxes for a new owner, whether they are owner-driver, transport manager, or boss. It is Euro-4, so meets the LEZ 2012-compliance for work in the capital, it has an automated transmission and a decent engine that can more than cope with 44 tonnes.
