Talks aimed at abolishing the road tax levied on British goods vehicles going through Yugoslavia are being planned, the Minister of Transport told MPs this week. The Yugoslavian authorities were willing in principle to negotiate a reciprocal agreement and he had invited them to send a delegation, possibly for talks next January.
