by David Craik • Michael Rayner, the driver involved in April's MI runaway Scania drama, has been sent out back behind the wheel by his agency to transport chemicals for Lutonbased Richfield Products despite serious doubts over his fitness to safely carry out the job.
Rayner has been charged with dangerous driving following the incident (CM 14-20 May). He came to Richfield through Hertfordshire-based agency ADR, the firm which
hired Rayner out to waste tractor Polkacrest, the corr he was driving for in April Andrew Donaldson, an manager at Richfield, "ADR offered us a driver Connor Hawkins.
