Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN Hampshire-based Andover Trailers has built a special 38tonne tri-axle low loader stepframe to transport plant and machinery, for ARC Construction.

High-yield steel mainframe and cross members are threaded through an inner frame to form an integrated structure capable of supporting concentrated loads over 60% of the load deck area. The trailer will carry a 24-tonne payload within the 38-tonne gross combination weight.

Special ramps minimise the loading gradient to nine degrees. While variable-height air suspension provides a minimum loading height of 550mm at the beaver tail and 760mm at the bogie.

Outriggers extend the width of the load platform to 2.9m and a full-width neck at the front of the low loader trailer allows a bed length of 9. urn within the overall 12.2m length.
