The incident happened on 9 January as the driver slept overnight in his cab on the 4419 in Olunsdon Hill.
The E-scooters were all individually boxed and have the serial numbers HJE 10 and HJE 1612.
A police spokesman says: The driver woke up at around 5.30am to discover that the back of his trailer had been broken into and the boxes of mopeds were missing. Anyone Who was driving on the 4419 northbound between 8.30pm on 9 January and 5.30am on 10 January who may have seen something should contact us."
