Scania: A spokesman for Scania says it has received a written notice from the OFT about the investigation: 'The notice requests further information and Scania is co-operating fully with the inquiry."
DAF: Tony Pain, marketing director at DAF, says: "Until we know more details, we are not really in a position to comment." He stresses that DAF will do everything it can to aid the inquiry and ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
Volvo/Renault: AB Volvo Group says that its Volvo and Renault Trucks UK subsidiaries have received letters from the OFT and it would "co-operate fully".
lveco: A spokesman for lveco adds: "We are aware of this investigation, which involves a number of major CV manufacturers. lveco will comply fully with this investigation," MAN: A spokesman also said it had been subject to a request for information and it was "fully co-operating with the OFT in that respect".
