• The licence held by C&D Oil of Llanecleyrn, has been renewed for 14 vehicles and two trailers with a stern warning from South Wales DLA Gerrard Sullivan.
Arrest warrant
• Charges of driving a truck when not qualified to do so, alleged against Stephen Jackson of Leeds and his employer Demolition Services of Bradford, were adjourned by Rochdale magistrates when Jackson failed to appear. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Full licence
• Port Talbot haulier Owen Jenkins, who has been operating under interim authority for a "considerable time", gained a full licence after he told South Wales DLA Gerrard Sullivan that he had an operating centre rented from Associated Ports.

• No disciplinary action was taken against Kendal tipper operatorJ&D Sharp, but North Western DLA Martin Albu warned the firm to "keep an eye on things", following 16 prohibition notices over the past five years.
