• An Irish driver who was involved in a fatal accident with a minibus has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Last week Victor Teggart, who works for Noel Zwecker Transport in Armagh, was remanded on bail of £40,000.
He was driving a three-yearold Scania rigid that collided with a Transit school bus on the N11 in County Wicklow at 08:15hrs on 14 September. Three adults and two children died when Teggart's truck collided with the minibus.
Earlier this week Arklow District County Court remanded Teggart to appear at Wicklow District Court on 17 November.
In the past two years 20 people have died in accidents within five miles of the crash site on the Nil, which is at present heing upgraded.
