A DEVICE designed to cut off the electrical supply in a light vehicle in the event of an accident has been introduced into the UK by Picadilly Products.
The unit — the Fir-Ban — can be fitted to both top and sidemount batteries. It can also prevent vehicle theft by simply cutting off the electrical supply with a special key.
Suitable for vehicles with 6 or 12-volt batteries, Fire-Ban has a retail price of £19.95.
