With so many lots going through on sale days Charlie Wright has been keen to reduce the number of times vehicles go through before they sell. Some have been through up to three times before being sold, but Wright has trimmed that to twice. If prices aren't meeting reserve the vendor has to either accept real market value at that time or risk having the vehicle pulled.
He admits customers aren't too chuffed and often need a little nudging to accept what is on offer.
